➕ Creating patients

In this section you will learn how to create a new patient.

You will perform this task when recruiting a patient, and before taking the first picture.

Steps

1. Click on patients on the left sidebar
2. On the top right, click the green button named Add
3. Add the patient information, namely:
   • Patient code: nnn
   • Site code: nnn
   • Condition: hidradenitis supurativa
4. Click on Add to save the patient
5. Done 👏
